Six Pack Abs Fitness - 3 Simple Rules For Six Pack Abs

Forget about any kind of magic supplement that is going to do the work for you. If you truly want to get six pack abs then the truth is that you need to focus on proper diet and six pack abs fitness.
1) Watch what you eat. I know it is obvious but there are many people out there who think they can get a lean body by eating junk food most of the time. If you find it hard to eat healthy with school or work then you need to prepare your meals in advance.
For most of your diet stay away from foods like sweets, white carbs, and fatty foods. Replace them with foods in their most natural state like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, oats, beans, and nuts. Eggs, milk, peanut butter, bananas, and apples are all great additions to your diet.

Do not starve yourself. You must eat the right foods to give your body plenty of nutrients and energy to function properly throughout the day. Eat 5-6 small meals a day starting with breakfast in the morning.
You can actually have some junk food as long as you eat clean for about 90% of your diet. The other 10% can be whatever you want.
2) Proper six pack abs fitness. If you are serious about getting six pack abs then it is best to include ab exercises, compound exercises, and cardio in your routine.
To have an even balance workout 3 times with full body workouts. For each workout include compound exercises like chest presses, rows, squats, and lunges. These kinds of exercises may not target your abs directly but they do burn a lot more belly fat and keep your metabolism going strong for hours.
As far as ab exercises go stay away from doing regular crunches on the floor as they are ineffective. A couple of great replacements are reverse crunches and crunches on an exercise ball. These target your abs so well you will be sore for the first week.
On the days in between do cardio sessions. Start out with just some walking or play some sports if you are out of shape. Then kick it up a notch with interval training by doing intense cardio in short bursts like sprints.
3) Put it all together. Make sure you do your workouts as best as you can while staying loyal to your diet. I know it is hard for a change for the first couple of weeks. But then you will get so used to it that you will not want to stop. It takes time and effort so keep at it.
