There are many exercises so that you can lose that pesky arm fat and even tone your arms in the process; but you are going to have to "diversify" on your techniques and use different workouts so that you can achieve the goals you are searching for.
#3 - Lose Fat Arm Exercise - Dumbell Lateral Raises
This is one of those things that looks easier than it really is, so you will want to start off with really light weight. Now what you want to do is to have two dumbell weights on yor side. Once they are on the side you will want to raise both your arms as if you are trying to fly.
Now once you are in the position you want to bring the weights together so they are in front of you - your arms will be extended in front of your body. You want to keep your arms straight the whole time.
You want to do 3 sets of 10 reps, these are highly difficult to, so make sure you don't underestimate the work of it all!

This is one the better arm exercises because you'll have the ability to jump rope, tone your whole body and work your arms really great. When you jump rope, you are in fact using your arms, and the faster you go, the more arm fat you'll get off. Also, you'll work off fat all over your body and not just your arms - which makes this highly effective.

There are literally thousands of different tricep exercises, but just make sure you do your favorite ones. A great one is Tricep dips. You can simply start by getting a chair or a small desk that is highly stable. Now walk your feet out all the way.
This way all your weight will be on your arms. Tricep dips are a great way to start toning your arms and making your triceps and overall arm look great!
